Schnepf Farms

Schnepf Farms - funny name, but definitely one of the coolest places to go in the Phoenix Valley. It's a large fruit farm that has turned itself into quite a tourist attraction. Google it for all the fun details if you're interested, but I'll tell you what I liked best about my adventure there tonight. . . The whole thing was very country and old school. We rode this rickety old rollercoaster, a good ole fashioned swing amusement ride, took a hay ride, wandered through the corn maze and ate some barbeque. Then of course there were the fireworks, the bluegrass band, and the pig racing. All in all it was quite an enjoyable night for $12. If anyone is ever in Arizona during October, this is definitely something to check out.

Cool! It sounds a little like Vala's Pumpkin Patch here - a touristy farm that's been souped up and keeps adding more every year.
